Ben is a Principal in our Perth studio, with extensive experience leading large, complex projects across arts and culture, health, education, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
Passionate about design and sustainability, Ben excels in understanding client and end-user needs and crafting solutions that balance cultural and commercial objectives. He enhances the urban realm through quality and contextual integration while always considering the built environment’s social and environmental impact.
Since joining Hassell, Ben has contributed to numerous developments and award-winning projects, including Optus Stadium, University Hall UWA, and WA Museum Boola Bardip.
Recently, Ben led the design and delivery of Murdoch Square, one of WA’s most ambitious mixed-use health and residential precincts and oversaw the Aboriginal Cultural Centre Project Definition Plan and its extensive stakeholder engagement program.
