Property X-Change to help revitalise London’s high streets

Property X-Change is a new knowledge platform, co-curated by Hassell Senior Researcher Camilla Sigaard Andersen, which brings together property owners and those with fresh ideas to revitalise London’s 600 local centres.

A group of eight founding partners from across the property and business sectors launched Property X-Change as part of the London Recovery Programme and High Streets for All Mission’, led by Mayor of London Sadiq Khan and London Councils in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Property X-Change is an exciting opportunity for breaking down long-standing barriers that hold our high streets back from achieving their full potential.”

Camilla Sigaard Andersen, Senior Researcher, Hassell and Programme Manager and Content Curator for Property X-Change.

As an open platform for knowledge sharing and conversation, Property X-Change invites engagement from diverse voices to promote greater levels of collaboration and experimentation on our high streets,” says Camilla. Together with the stakeholders of more than 600 local centres, there is really no limit to where or how far this might go.”

Property X-Change will curate a programme of webinars, case studies and thought leadership features alongside an open call for contributions, for the next 9 months.
