Camilla Siggaard Andersen

Camilla brings a global perspective to all things cities, mobility, societal change and innovation. The London-based senior researcher leads our urban resilience research with the long-term wellbeing of the people and planet in mind.
After studying Architecture at the Royal Danish Academy of Arts in Denmark and at McGill University in Canada, Camilla worked with Gehl in Copenhagen and New York, before moving to Arup’s strategic design team in London.
Along the way, she’s collaborated with cities, communities, technology companies and private developers across Australia, Asia, Europe and North America, and taught in universities in Denmark and the UK.
In 2019, Camilla was nominated as a Future Star in Tech for Good, and in 2017 she was made a Fellow of New York University’s Emerging Leaders in Transportation program. She is a member of the Architects Registration Board, Academy of Urbanism and Placemaking Collective UK.
