Dezeen awards recognise rail + restaurant projects

From more than 4,000 entries across 85 countries, our Metro North West and Di Stasio Citta projects made the cut for Dezeen’s 2020 Awards longlist.

Australia’s first fully-automated rail system, Metro North West, is in the running for the Architecture - Infrastructure award. The project was also recently recognised in Australia’s New South Wales Architecture Awards, taking out the top Urban Design gong.

Melbourne’s restaurant institution and art gallery, Di Stasio Citta, is also up for a Dezeen award in the Restaurant Interiors category. Like Metro North West, Citta has also had an exciting year having received the top Australian Interior Design Award.

Dezeen will announce the shortlist in September.
