She possesses the rare ability to navigate both the creative and commercial worlds with ease. Tina’s approach is not just about strategy — it’s about understanding people, situations, and opportunities in a way that drives success, no matter the landscape. Her leadership is consultative, thoughtful, and deeply insightful, blending big-picture thinking with the practicalities of execution.

Tina began her career at EY and has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience that spans Australia, the UK, Europe and Asia-Pacific.

Having also spent 12 years as Group CEO of premium brands Poliform and Space, Tina’s role as Chief Operating Officer at Hassell marks her return to the design industry.
