Morag Lee
“The modern hospital must be many things. It’s a workplace, a place of learning and research, and a place of respite and healing. It’s a challenging design puzzle that demands the highest level of consideration.”
With over 30 years of experience in the healthcare sector, Morag is driven by design that enhances patient outcomes and positive user experience. She intuitively understands and effectively translates health clients’ specific needs and expectations to design places and spaces that function and delight.
Prior to working in Perth, Morag was based in the UK, where she developed a wide-ranging international knowledge and skill base across the public and private sectors. She is a strategic and conceptual thinker with her finger on the pulse of the latest research in healthcare to ensure that the advice and designs she gives clients reflect current international best practices.
Morag has extensive experience in leading large-scale health projects through all stages of development, from feasibility and concept design to construction and on-site completion. A recognised leader in the health sector, Morag will continue to build our experience and focus on large-scale health projects and collaborate with Hassell’s design leaders to grow the practice’s reputation for world-class design quality.
