Over her 20-year career in design across Australia and Asia, Caroline has built a reputation for delivering everything from high-performance workplaces that shape company culture to commercial precincts and transport projects that define cities.
Caroline has successfully led architecture and interior design teams on some of our most prominent projects, including one40william Street when she was based in our Perth studio.
Since that time, she’s worked and lived in Singapore, Sydney and now Brisbane – helping shape her international, multi-disciplinary approach to design.
Caroline, who holds an Executive MBA from the University of Sydney, is known for empowering teams to explore different design avenues to reach the best outcome, whatever the scale or type of project.
