Two Hassell Principals to join NSW State Design Review Panel

Two Hassell Principals have been selected to join the New South Wales State Design Review Panel to provide independent and impartial advice on the design quality of development proposals.

Hassell Principals David Tickle and Sharon Wright are among 18 new members who will be summoned to provide expertise in different types of developments and review the design quality of significant state projects.

Government Architect NSW said that: “[the pool of panel members] have been selected as highly qualified professionals who represent a variety of skills across design in the built environment, and a diversity of experience and insight.”

David said that as Hassell now have representatives on both the Western Australia and New South Wales State Design Review Panels, this showcases the value of including a range of designers in the mix.

​“It’s a great opportunity to see what kind of projects and developments are coming through from our peers and the industry, spanning across all sectors and disciplines, and offer a positive influence on the future of New South Wales,” David said.
