SPACE UK: The UK’s most progressive property event

How can campuses once again become domains of education and innovation?

The development of campuses has seen them become a careful clustering and curation of activities - a model for better cities, better developments, and districts. At SPACE UK 2021, Adam Scott will represent FreeState and Hassell to explore how truly great campuses are program-driven places of delight.

Adam will be joined by leading developers, challengers, and future partners including British Land’s Roger Madelin, Lendlease’s Kat Hanna, and Yoo Camital’s Lloyd Lee for the Campus Activation session. Together they will look at a new approach that sees landlords and operators as hosts of a multi-channel experience - and whether the greatest challenge is about better building or activation.

As a flagship UK event of SPACE+, SPACE UK is where big ideas are shared, norms are challenged, and new connections are made. After launching in 2019 at a sold out Ministry of Sound, SPACE UK has moved online with one of the world’s most progressive property programs - discussing changes to society, new real estate business models, and how an industry can manage responsible growth.
