Celebrating eight new Equity Principals: recognising leadership and commitment at Hassell
We are proud to announce the elevation of eight distinguished leaders to Equity Principals, reflecting their deep commitment to our practice.
The newly appointed Equity Principals are Sophie Bond and Natalie Busch from our Perth studio; Dan Cox, Leanne Guy, Samantha Peart and Alix Smith in Melbourne; Emily Moss in Sydney; and Ashley Munday from our London studio.
Each individual has demonstrated exceptional dedication to advancing our practice and delivering design excellence to our clients. Their appointment as Equity Principals recognises their outstanding contribution and is a testament to our belief in their leadership and vision.
“At Hassell we are committed to the progression and development of our people. Equity represents a forward-looking opportunity for new leaders, reflecting our commitment to shaping the future of our practice. It reinforces the potential for every team member to one day share in the ownership and success of Hassell” says Liz Westgarth, Managing Director of Hassell.
“By becoming Equity Principals, these leaders are not only investing in Hassell’s future but are also shaping the future of our industry.
“We look forward to their continued leadership and stewardship of Hassell as we stride forward in our pursuit to deliver excellence in design and create a better future by designing places people love,” said Westgarth.
