In the lead up to International Women's Day 2019, we're asking some of our talented women what #balanceforbetter means to them. Jazreel Setiadi is a Student of Architecture in our Brisbane studio. "We must continue to work toward gender balance by acknowledging gaps and creating opportunities to be heard. We must refuse to dilute the significance of this issue for all of us. Looking at the young, aspiring women around me, I have realized that it's important to have confidence in our skills and recognise the value we bring to our teams. This has been encouraged and supported on the projects I have worked on by our bold female leadership and the broader camaraderie at HASSELL. There's a distinct flavour of empowerment and support within our studio culture that I’m proud to be part of." #iwd2019 #womeninarchitecture
