Regional Work Practices Leader

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Work Practices Leader to join our dynamic team. A Work Practices Regional Leader is required to ensure that Work Practices at HASSELL are undertaken consistently at both the strategic and operational levels, within each HASSELL studio internationally.

Work Practices is a key part of our project delivery and is to be undertaken to industry best practice through all project stages. Fundamental to this is the ability to facilitate the delivery of projects across HASSELL with:
_Excellent design outcomes
_Full client endorsement/satisfaction
_Benchmark profits achieved/exceeded

Regional Leaders report to the Work Practices Leader and Managing Principal within each studio, and are responsible for the facilitation of all aspects associated within Work Practices within each Studio, inclusive of:
_Establish Studio project delivery KPIs in association with Work Practices Leader
_Assist Team Leaders in managing projects and key deliverables
_Assist Principals in managing projects and key deliverables, including programming, resourcing and fee generation (workflow)
_Facilitate project audits and reviews from design through to documentation
_Oversee project initiation process and assist in project setup, in conjunction with Team Leader and project Principal
_Manage the Professional Practice system at studio level to ensure that the existing system is properly executed on an ongoing basis including project reviews, external audits and studio assessments

Key skills and experience

This is a strategic management role and requires a proactive professional who is committed to exceptional service delivery. The role requires an understanding of the design industry. A proven track record of driving similar strategy within the industry and references from previous employers are essential.

PA to Chairman, International Executive

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented PA/ to support the Chairman, International Executive and Managing Principal and join our dynamic team. SharePoint Software Engineer

As a Senior SharePoint Software Engineer for the HASSELL group of 14 studios, you will be responsible for implementing, managing and supporting multiple SharePoint farms, building and configuring team sites, workflows and templates, migrating content from legacy systems, integrating with other applications and databases, and provide training to support a wide-range of business processes, especially with respect to collaboration and records management.

Please note that this is not a pure architecture role and requires hands-on SharePoint experience, with proven project delivery experience, and a track record of delivering successful outcomes for stakeholders.

Although the Shanghai studio has approximately 200 employeess including a local IT team, your manager will be located in Melbourne, Australia. Hence advanced verbal and written English is mandatory for this role.
