超密度城市及中国新兴办公区域:CTBUH国际会议热议话题

香港是世界上最迷人的都市环境之一,多个超高密度的商业中心,同时周边拥有大量的自然植被,适宜居住。然而在日益剧增的人口压力下,香港可以采用哪些新型的空间模型,以适应这座高楼林立城市的未来发展? 

David Tickle,HASSELL董事及城市规划设计负责人表示,我们可能可以从超密度城市的创新概念中得到一些灵感,就这一话题,David将于本周在CTBUH国际会议中进行演讲。超密度是一个新的城市规划概念,基于开放空间、交通运输及资源利用的三维体系,这个概念的形成受到现行城市系统的启发。

新型“竖直”街道的概念包括公共空间及公共基础设施系统网,这也能够促成整个周边地区的更新 – 为城市的发展及强化带来新的空间,从而建立能适用于全世界范围的模型。

在CTBUH国际会议上,HASSELL董事马飞龙(Richard Mullane)就新兴“超连通”珠江三角洲地区的高绩效办公区域为题进行演讲。

Richard在演讲中探索了这些区域真正的成功取决于如何吸引年轻人才,在中国常常被人误解的90后一代的大前提下,这是一个日益复杂的课题。他的演讲将详尽真实的调研数据作为基础,围绕着中国巨型城市的变化中,未来创意办公区域的发展及社会需求展开。
