邓勤接受《南华早报》采访谈职场健康之道
HASSELL董事会主席邓勤（Peter Duncan）接受香港最具影响力英文日报《南华早报》采访，谈到职场健康之道，以及其在HASSELL商业策略和国际公司业务拓展上所扮演的角色。
Peter分享了他如何把个人对运动与健康的信念带入企业中的经验，包括如何在上海的HASSELL事务所内开辟了动感单车健身房，并请来专业教练为同事们授课。HASSELL也每年赞助香港和中国大陆事务所的同事到北京参加北京长城马拉松赛等。
他说：“我喜欢在中国各个城市跑步，因为中国城市变化速度如此之快；能够趁着晨跑时，去探索一座城市，肯定是开始崭新一天的一种非常完美的方式。”
一个健康的工作场所不仅仅能够提高工作效率和项目的品质，它更能够概括公司的设计理念。Peter也说，客户们已经越来越能够认识到这种HASSELL方式的价值。
他也说：“十年前，在中国做生意，经常会免不了宴客或卡拉OK等消遣活动。近年来，越来越多的人明白还有另外一种谈业务的方式，这方式突显出我们企业文化的特点，我认为这一点十分重要。”
“我认为运动和健康为我们提供了强烈的平衡感。自从来到中国工作，这里的项目规模庞大、复杂而且需要投入大量精力。对我来说，保持健康使我更加具有韧性。”
