介绍HASSELL董事:Domino Risch

新近任命的HASSELL董事Domino Risch认为精心打磨的办公设计和策略具备积极改善公司文化的力量。

“设计对于办公空间的影响,不论大小,我个人是非常关注的。我对于项目的热情在于设计是否能与商业战略目标相符,能否融入复杂的文化变迁。”Domino表示。

Domino将加入HASSELL悉尼事务所,在此之前,她在BVN建筑事务所有长达18年的工作经验,主要负责办公、教育及健康医疗等领域的设计。

Domino在BVN工作期间,参与过许多大型项目,工作地点遍及全澳大利亚,例如位于悉尼的铭德律师事务所及史密夫·斐尔律师事务所,位于阿德莱德的桑托斯能源公司(与HASSELL协作完成),以及位于墨尔本的澳洲国民银行(National@Docklands)。

Domino的专业背景为室内设计,之后在工作中,她在办公空间整合、商业建筑以及办公空间战略方面发展了自己的专长。Domino在BVN建筑事务所最近进行的基础建筑开发项目包括悉尼码头区(业主为AMP资本投资公司),新南威尔士州卫生署新建的一体化办公空间,悉尼Buildcorp建筑工程公司项目和悉尼马丁广场50号历史建筑麦格理银行项目等。她还负责办公设计战略任务需求制定和入驻后期情况研究,服务对象包括悉尼铭德律师事务所、印尼Gunung Sewu公司、澳洲国民银行和墨尔本Space and Co公司。

Domino热衷于发展与客户之间的协作式伙伴关系,尤为重视发展利益相关人之间的关系、制定符合战略商业目标的设计策略、领导团队、打造创意办公场地以及持续不断地从入驻后期的关系状况中汲取经验。她希望为客户提供真正意义上具备整体性和可持续性的最优质的设计成果。

“一个项目在很大程度上不仅仅是设计一个建筑或一处空间,而是关乎使用人群及其相互关系。我们需要通过不断的评估来评判项目的成功度,确保项目的寿命,” Domino表示。
