HASSELL赢得沈阳胡台建筑竞赛
HASSELL在最近的一次设计竞赛中胜出,获得沈阳胡台新城一期建筑设计竞赛。
作为沈阳未来最大、最亲近自然生态的发展区,胡台新城占地128平方公里,结合行政、文化、住宅、休闲和餐饮零售等功能的新兴发展区。胡台新城第一期的项目包含行政中心、文化交流中心、胡台音乐厅以及商务会议酒店,四座依偎着67公顷的湖水而建的单体建筑,总体建筑面积近10万平方米。
HASSELL设计团队的方案无论在整体规划上还是单体设计上都以人、建筑、自然三者的互动为核心,让所有的设计元素充分融合,以整体区域规划为切入点,立足生态、亲水、文化等地域优势,全力打造一个高效、雅致、活力、环保的城市中心。个别建筑在设计上也充分考虑到基地的特点,让每一个建筑都能够与基地高度完美结合,形成一个非常和谐统一的空间。
设计师亦希望结合胡台以及沈阳的地域文化特点,让建筑与当地生态环境自然融合。四座建筑依着湖水而建,设计师巧妙地通过各个建筑单体的线条和水面结合。遥遥望去,无论是音乐厅、行政中心或是酒店,都宛如优雅的漂浮于清澈如镜的水面之上。
在远离湖区中心的部分,设计师则通过精心的景观规划,使建筑在不破坏环境的原来面貌中舒展而立。再通过各个建筑形体的巧妙变化以及建筑表面的特殊处理,让各个建筑在湖光的拱托下,遥相呼应。沈阳胡台新城一期预期将于2013年底建成。
除了沈阳胡台新城项目,HASSELL的建筑团队近期也完成了重庆棕榈岛商业项目、济宁浣笔泉金融商业广场综合体和浙江的杭州新天地项目。
